Terms and Conditions
Delivery Lead time 20 working day's approximately from date of order.
Deliveries to the UK Highlands and Islands will incur an extra delivery supplement.
When supplying measurements please allow at least 1-2mm around all edges to allow for expansion or movement.
Once the glass has been toughened it cannot be drilled, cut, or shaped in anyway.
All areas behind a heat source will be toughened, others on your request.
When requesting colours that are white or beige we will manufacture using Opti-White glass to give the truest clarity of colour.
Glass Splashbacks must only be fixed with a Low Modulus/Neutral Cure Silicone Adhesive (Check the packaging before purchasing)
All walls must be smooth, even and free from bare plaster, we advise at least 2 coats of paint or PVA before fixing the glass.
Supply only Splashbacks, Payment required in full when ordering.
All cut-outs will have a 10mm radius in the corner, this cannot be prevented.
We will give you a approximate delivery date, this can be changed at our discretion but we will of course notify you beforehand.
Do Not book an appointment with your fitter until you have received your splashbacks. Damages do happen when transporting glass and regrettably instant replacements are not an option. We will not under any circumstances entertain claims for compensation for your fitters time.
For total peace of mind we offer a special delivery service, where we guarantee the glass will arrive a) in one piece and b) at a time to suit you, please ask for details (This service is provided by the owner himself in his own vehicle)
Distance Selling Regulations
In accordance with the distance selling regulations, your orders may not be cancelled once payment is received “ for the supply of goods made to the consumer’s own specification such as custom-made blinds or curtains.”. However we reserve the right to make this decision as we may be able to issue a refund if the manufacturing process has not begun. (as mentioned above in the event of this cancellations will be subject to a small administration charge of £5).
